Today we had our first substetute becouse Ms.Akerly was sick unexpectedly. After waiting at the door for about 15 minutes, we knew that Ms. Akerly had to be sick so we went to reces and then found that Ms Jackson (another teacher from 4th grade) was waiting for us to tell us that ms.Akerly was sick (like we had thought) and that she would get us a substutue as soon as she could. Luckely, there is a permanent substetue that stays and she was ment to be the art teacher but then another teacher took her place and she came to stay with us. Her name is Ms. Yeh and we had so much fun with her although deep inside all were missing Ms. Akerley.
In math we learned about partial sums and that was easyer than doing any old sum but much harder too. We also had to do Sudoku and I liked it so much that after homework (obligations first) I started to do that like... With a huge rush!! I hope that the people that don't like Sudoku that much have other talents that keep them busy and happy.

Hi Valeria and 4D! Thank you for the post! I am glad I was missed...I missed you guys too! It is much more fun being at school with you than sick in bed. I am feeling better, so I hope to be there tomorrow! I apologize for keeping you waiting this morning, but thankfully Ms. Jackson was able to fill you in on what was going on.
