Student Led Conferences

The students of 4th grade have been working very hard on preparing for their student led conferences. Everyone has been reflecting on their work from the first trimester and preparing to share their learning with parents. Finally, after all of the hard work and effort, the day had arrived to invite their parents into their 4th grade world. It was wonderful to see how confident the students were as they walked their parents around the room, through their day, and shared their portfolios. Ms. Gina, Ms. Jackson, Ms. Smith and I were very impressed by the success of these conferences and proud of the students for their efforts! We would like to thank all the parents for taking the time to come to classrooms and for being open to the change in conference routine. We will be sending home a feedback form next week, and look forward to hearing any comments and suggestions.
